  • Family or Group Info: when you register a family or join one, we store the related family ID and linked members.

  • Interaction Logs: when you use our AI agent, application or web dashboard, we log interactions for analytics and troubleshooting.

C. Optional Permissions

If using Raamoo AI via WhatsApp or Android app, we may request access to:

  • Microphone (for voice commands)
  • Notifications (for reminders)
  • Local storage (for app preferences)

🔹 4. Data Processed via WhatsApp Business Platform

Raamoo AI operates through the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta.

  • Messages exchanged between you and Raamoo AI are end-to-end encrypted during transmission.
  • Raamoo AI only processes data required to fulfill your specific requests (like logging an expense or reminder).
  • Meta (WhatsApp) does not use your messages for advertising or marketing.
  • Raamoo AI does not store your full chat history — only relevant structured data (like expense summaries) are securely saved in our cloud system.

    Raamoo AI helps you record expenses and income manually via chat.

    • We do not connect to your bank, wallet, or payment apps.

    • We do not initiate or process any financial transactions on your behalf.

    • All expense and income data are user-submitted and used only for personal tracking.

    If you choose to subscribe, payment is processed securely via UPI or other trusted methods. Raamoo AI does not store UPI PINs or bank credentials.

    Raamoo AI uses artificial intelligence to interpret messages and generate insights.
    While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or misinterpretations.
    Users should treat AI responses as assistive suggestions, not professional or financial advice.

    Your data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for service continuity or as required by law.

    No human team member accesses your data unless required for troubleshooting and only with your explicit consent.

    All user data is stored securely on cloud servers located in India or compliant regions under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023.
    If data is processed outside India, equivalent security and compliance standards are applied.

    We may share limited data with trusted service providers solely for delivering Raamoo AI’s features:

    • Cloud hosting and database infrastructure.

    • WhatsApp Business API for communication.
